Hello,We are two friends traveling together I am 23 and from Turkey, and he is 33 from the USA. We both have licences but no IDPs. We want to rent a car that we both are able to drive in Greece. We are planning on renting it for 5 days. What documents do we need to provide? Do we need to provide them upon arrival or in advance? Thank you.

Agent

You will be ask to present the passport and the driving license at the desk

Agent

Permanent driver's license with experience of not less than 1 year, not containing marks on significant offenses. If the text of your driver's license is not written in Latin (for example, Arabic, Greek, Russian or Chinese), you will need to show both international and national driving licenses. In the event that a driver's license is issued in a country that is not a party to the international convention on road traffic, an official translation must be attached to them. When renting within the EU, customers from countries outside the EU must also present an international driving license.

Agent

Regarding second driver: same documents. You may be able to add a second driver during the online booking process (sometimes even with no additional cost)

Agent

If not offered during online process, you will be able to add it at the desk on arrival

Agent

If they are written in Latin alphabet, they will be OK.
